Connect your broker

We use these to read your trade book once a day, so your positions and P&L keep themselves up to date. They are kept on our own server, readable only by the account that runs it, and never shown back to you.

The base32 text behind the QR code — not the 6-digit code, and not a photo of the QR.

Because we hold your TOTP secret we can generate your login codes — that is, we can access your Angel One account. We use that only to read your trades, never to place one. You can revoke it at any time by regenerating your API key or disabling the app in Angel One.
  • We review the request and check the credentials work.
  • You get a one-time password, and change it on first sign-in.
  • Your book fills in from the next daily sync.
